For the past few years, I’ve fantasized about traveling the world like Santa to see all of the best Christmas decorations around the world. But a recent trip to The Plaza Tree Lighting to meet Santa and the Saks Yeti got me thinking about a different sort of trip this year… A look at the best hotel Christmas trees around the United States! These hotels in Beverly Hills, Washington, DC, Dallas, San Diego, Charleston, Florida, Virginia and Montana really get decked for the holidays.
In Hot Springs, Va., The Omni Homestead’s Christmas Tree is a 21-foot tall Frasier Fir from North Carolina decked in 2,000 ornaments and 1,250 LED lights.

While this gorgeous display at The Charleston Place isn’t a Christmas tree exactly, it still deserved a place on the list for the way they have decorated the distinctive Georgian open-arm staircase.
