Cruising Around NYC in Dirndl and Lederhosen

Seeing the Statue of Liberty by boat never gets old -- especially by boat

Dirndls against the skyline

I’ve taken a cruise around New York City a couple of times, but never with a group of clad in dirndls and lederhosen. I’ve been helping with the Austria Tourist Office’s #dirndlNYC campaign, and they invited me to accompany the Dirndl Ambassadors on a Circle Line Cruise. It was a fun-filled summer evening.

To see the lovely ladies in dirndls and the hunky men in lederhosen, watch the video below. Oh, and there are some gorgeous shots of NYC in it too!

How wonderfully fun! I would have loved to seen this. Life has been real hard for people all over the world, it is just so important for us to begin having fun again. Long Live Fun & Frolic and men in Lederhosen!!

  2. Looks like you guys had a great fun out there. How much are the cruises around NYC if I might ask. Thanks a lot
