Seeing the real thing is always better than seeing a reproduction, which is one of the reasons why I love traveling. Well, I'm happy to report that while I enjoyed seeing a replica of the World's Longest Train Station Sign when it was visiting the British Memorial Garden in NYC's financial district in March, seeing the real sign of Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwyllllandysiliogogogoch this week was much more exciting. It’s on Wales’ Isle of Anglesey and it’s turned into a tourist attraction. Ironically enough, most tourists see the famous train sign as a stop on a bus tour around the island.
It’s like whoever named it thought it would be a cool joke! What a long name….

went to north wales this august on holiday.what a beautiful place.snowdonia was amazing.enjoyed it so much going back next year.
