Although much of Las Vegas is found indoors, there is also plenty to do and see outside as well. Try hiking or rock climbing in the nearby Spring Mountains, skiing and snowboarding at the Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort or mountain biking at the nearby Bootleg Canyon. Hoover Dam is an incredible outdoor destination that can be reached in less than an hour from Las Vegas.
